The six-year disqualification was met down on Bikajer BJP Minority Morcha Locale Head, Usman Ghani because he is a part of the other party, which for him is a national-level party. This move was made following Ghani’s outspoken disagreement with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech at the rally in the Uttar Pradesh state and the release of a video that went viral earlier this month.
During a rally in the Banswara city, PM Modi was reported to have stated that a Congress is in power to dispense wealth among Muslims rather than non-Muslims.
The worst thing is that the Muslim Ghani, the speaker of the Parliament, who happened to be a Muslim himself, disapproved of the Prime Minister’s statements and told all of this in a new channel in New Delhi. The statement was that not only did he express his general discontent but also how he anticipated that BJP would be losing in three or four Lok Sabha seats only in the State of Rajasthan.
Additionally, he revealed that he witnessed some of his voters approaching him during his campaign process and voicing their reservations about the candidate due to his comments.
The voters were seeking an explanation about the matter from him. Besides that, he pointed to the discontent among the Jat community and mentioned that they had been against the BJP in Churu and some other seats.
Protesting against the antics of Ghani, Onkar Singh Lakhawat, the state BJP Disciplinary Committee chairman, said
The party has noticed such probing to a mess around its image and forcibly put him out of the party for six years.
This development indicates the inner-party issues and the implications faced by party members who take a stand against the party leaders’ decisions, which proves the difficulties of party systems in holding their unity together.
