Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal questioned the differential treatment meted out to farmers and Pakistani protesters.
Pakistanis were permitted to demonstrate outside his house with full police protection.
But he noted that farmers seeking to enter Delhi to protest farm laws peacefully were thwarted.
Bringing up the harsh action against farmers, Kejriwal asked why tear gas and batons for Indians but respect for Pakistanis.
The AAP chief held a presser against CAA, saying it would trigger worse migration than Partition.
He maintained welcoming minorities from other nations is unfair when citizens lack amenities.
Kejriwal had also alleged the government aims to relocate Pakistanis to houses meant for Indians.
The fiery remarks come as the contentious CAA continues sparking political debates in the country.
By highlighting the contrasting approaches, Kejriwal has mounted fresh pressure on the Centre over its policies.
