CCTV maps Bengaluru blast suspect’s Rameshwaram cafe

New footage provides clues in Bengaluru’s café bombing that injured 10. CCTV shows the suspect arriving by bus and entering Rameshwaram with an idli order.

For 9 minutes, the balaclava-clad man roamed the bustling eatery, his bag presumably holding the explosive device. He was seen washing up but didn’t touch his food.

Piecing the timeline together, cops tracked his movements before and after. Their route maps show his path to the café and exit route around an hour before detonation.

Authorities are poring over 40-50 CCTV clips around the blast site. Through these visual cues, they hope to identify the lone bomber aged 28-30.

The NIA has taken over the case under terrorism laws. As the chase intensifies, these emerging videos may provide vital leads to arrest the suspect in this act of urban violence.
