Controversy erupts over Arvind Kejriwal’s denial of terrorist association from jail

Kejriwal, the Delhi Chief Minister from jail under the watchful eye of security, made sensational statements refuting any inkling of a terrorist association. After that, the debate began heating up fast. One of the agitations of the AAP party right now is the excessive surveillance the chief minister is subjected to and the extremely limited time he is allowed to spend with the family. AAP MP Sanjay Singh has conveyed his emotions to the media collage and spoke about the underdog-like treatment of a freely elected leader.

On the other hand, BJP Parliamentary Member Manoj Tiwari responded to AAP’s legitimacy issue, affirming that Kejriwal is not a terrorist they sympathize with. Kejriwal faced backlash from Tiwari with regards to pension services, matters on ration cards and people’s access to clean water and air. He insisted on the fact that the investigations were still in process and that Kejriwal should have thought 10 times before it because the allegation against him was not normal.

Kejriwal’s statement is the main topic of the day, and his current detention and the political fight between AAP and BJP additionally attract the public’s attention.
