Encounter in Kulgam: Three terrorists killed by security forces in Jammu and Kashmir

Three terrorists were arrested in a fierce faceoff with security forces around Redwani town of Kulgam, J&K. With a three-day long targeted and graded operation, paramilitary forces, on credible intelligence, started a cordon and search operation yesterday night to scrap the terrorists from the area; the officials have been quoted as saying by PTI.

By Tuesday, the operation had evolved into an extended encounter that remained in progress. The terror masterminds remain anonymous so far, and the authorities are doing their best to retrieve their bodies.

Another case unfolded on May 1st when the security forces took it upon themselves to locate two groups of terrorists, and the operation happened in the Kathua district. The militants in the terrorist group went to an armed village defense guard (VDG) who, in turn, unfortunately, lost their lives in the battle that they had to fight on April 28th.

An unusual conversation took place in the Panara village, which is hidden inside Chochru, a mountain range. The Director General of Police from the Jammu zone revealed that two groups of terrorists were involved. The report on April 29 made this clear. They had made it to this destination by crossing the border, which is supposedly how they came here recently.
