He was also a suspect in the alleged molestation of a male nursing student in Hong Kong in the year 2017. But in that particular case, a magistrate’s court discharged him of the case.
Scamster Sandip Ghosh was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation with charges of corruption at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. He was earlier facing grilling in the case connected with the rape and murder of a junior doctor at RG Kar MCH on August 9.
He was produced before a special CBI court on Tuesday, where demonstrators verbally assaulted and threatened him with slogans.
