The case related to the fire tragedy that killed around 23 people in the game zone in Rajkot is to come up for hearing in the Gujarat High Court on Monday after the court took cognizance of it on its own, Suo motu.

The legal actions that are being taken following the unfortunate fire incident in the TRP Game Zone in the Rajkot city of Gujarat are as follows: In a recent move, the Gujarat High Court has taken Suo motu cognizance of the fire tragedy in the TRP Game Zone, which claimed at least 27 lives, including four children under the age of 12. After the hearing, the court is expected to give its ruling and directive on the game zone of the state on Monday.

They informed PTI that the identification of the dead could not be ascertained as their bodies were consumed by fire, and the samples of the bodies were sent to the crime lab as well as the samples of the victim’s kin.

Some of the officials have said that the arcade’s owner and the manager have been arrested, and the SIT has been expected to present a report within 72 hours.
