The media has often informed that the naughty ones intend to steal from the store, not rob it. On the one hand, the customers recognized the generosity of the owner, but on the other hand, the staff who defied the customers’ request for money suffered gunshots, leaving the owner and one staff member wounded.

The police disclosed that three discharges were heard during the corresponding time. However, what adds insult to injury is that the crime deserved attention; it is rumoured that the trio was paid only to make the jewellery shop owner’s life a living hell. Luckily, no one has proceeded to steal from our store.

Being the closest person to the shooting scene, the robbers quickly left the location and eventually abandoned the firearm. A scene recorded on videoed reflects the offenders driving away on the motorcycle.

Policemen are on the spot now and are inquiring about the CCTV footage from the locality adjacent to the graveyard. Concurrently, the victims, who are known as Appuram and Anandram, are already transferred to a nearby hospital to be given emergency medical treatment.

This sad tragedy is a palpable reflection of the manifold security problems faced in cities today. The Police are firmly committed to tracing criminality and creating a peaceful and safe community.
