Maharashtra’s political landscape shifts ahead of Lok Sabha elections

Maharashtra’s influential politicians face a historic shift in election polling this time, bringing the future coalition arithmetic dynamics into a new form. The state of Uttar Pradesh, popularly known as the biggest prize in Indian elections referral for its 48 seats in the ex-Parliament, is transforming because of several key defections and fissures within the dominant parties, seismic shifts in political geography.

However, Congress is eagerly tussling to get candidates for all three seats.

Such new developments may be regarded as the beginning of a “dramatic” shift in the political conditions across the whole state of Maharashtra, which will certainly draw everyone’s attention and will be a fast and furious fight, as the 2019 Lok Sabha election will be held in the state.
