Mangeshkar awards 2024: AR Rahman to amitabh bachchan view the entire list of recipients by clicking here!

Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan, top music composer AR Rahman, and renowned international actor Randeep Hooda will be honoured with the prestigious awards this year.

The master Dinanath Mangeshkar Smruti Pratishthan in the city of Pune has the Mangeshkar Family as the governing body, which is 34 years old. The event will take place at Dinanath Mangeshkar Natyabhavan in Mumbai on April 24, just the day of the divine master Namdeenanathji.

Previous winners of this eminent award were the prime minister Narendra Modi and singers like Asha Bhosale.

The Lata Deenanath Mangeshkar Award is one of the most prestigious awards in our country. Every year, it is given to individuals involved in the nation-building process who have made a lasting contribution to society.

The rotation was supervised by the Deenanath Mangeshkar Smriti Pratishthan on February 6, 2022, in memory of the dearly late Bharat Ratna awardee and legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar.

Instead, Pandit Hridaysnat Mangeshkar will oversee the ceremony, and our beloved past recipient, Asha Bhosle, will preside over the awards.

AR Rahman, an award-winning musician, and Ashok Saraf, an experienced Marathi actor, will be awarded for their notable contributions to music. On the other hand, the film maniac Padmini Kolhapure will be recognized for her work in films. For Indian music, a trophy has been set for singer Roopkumar Rathod, and the Marathi theatre will get a great actor, Atul Parchure, for his efforts.

Eminent writer Manjiri Phadke, a retired teacher, would be complimented for her literary merits. Moreover, actor, producer, and director Randeep Hooda will grow up as a very special man who will receive a special award for his achievements in cinema.

Marathi play “Galib‟ will receive the Mohan Wagh Award under the category of best play competition. Also, Deepstambh Foundation, with the Manobal project for training and fostering the residential capacity of disabled people, needy students and orphaned, will be paid recognition for the remarkable work that it is doing in social services.
