Another case of rape has surfaced where
Two boys have allegedly raped a six-year-old girl in Fefna village of Ballia district in Uttar Pradesh. As per the police statement, this happened on Wednesday.
Tight in Charge of the SP Durga Prasad Tiwari said that the boys raped the girl while they were playing. They took her to a lonely place and carried away her body.
The kids are boys who are aged 10 and 12, he said.
After the mother of the devastated girl reported the matter to the cops, an FIR was lodged against the two under section 376(rape) of the IPC and the POCSO Act.
The police force extended the youths to a remand home after being presented before the juvenile court, they later disclosed.
