In a massive breakthrough, the Delhi Police on Wednesday busted an international drug syndicate and seized a big consignment of drugs weighing more than 500 kgs.
The operation was carried out by a particular cell of the Delhi Police.
According to news agency ANI, over 560 kgs of cocaine has been seized, whose market value is over Rs 2,000 crore.
The drugs were seized from an area in South Delhi, news agency PTI reported.
A narco-terror angle in the case was being investigated, ANI quoted the Delhi Police Special Cell as saying.
