In twitter and Facebook, the Prime Minister congratulated the team for the professionalism and spirit displayed during the games. ”He said during the conversation that he spoke to the Indian cricket team and congratulated them for their impeccable success in the T20 World Cup tournament, commentating the team’s great skills and spirit throughout the event. Each player’s dedication is very inspiring,” the PM stated.
The Prime Minister’s sentiments also included commendations for the team management, where he made special mention of the departing head coach, Rahul Dravid, Rohit Sharma, and Virat Kohli.
