Police unveil sketches of 4 Terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua

A bounty of Rs 20 lakh has been announced to be paid for ledgers to the terrorists on the condition that this information can lead to some action.

It described the men as four terrorists sighted in the ‘higher reaches’ of Kathua in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and has released sketches of them.

Further, Rs 20 lakh has been announced for ‘actionable intelligence’ regarding the terrorists.

The Kathua Police has drawn the sketches of four terrorists who last took shelter in the dhok’s (mud houses) at Malhar, Bani, and Seojdhar.

Actionable information that would lead to the capture of a terrorist would earn the informant Rs. 05 lakhs per terrorist. ‘Any member with relevant information about the terrorists will also be compensated adequately,’ it said in a post on X (formerly known as Twitter) on Saturday.
