Post-Mortem reveals Malaika Arora’s father dead from fractures

It was very sad news that the father of Bollywood actress Malaika Arora Anil Kuldip Mehta committed suicide on Wednesday, said the police. The post-mortem revealed the following: The deceased was Mr. Mehta, aged 65 years, who had multiple bone fractures due to a slip off the sixth-floor balcony of the residence.

The said incident was reported at about 9 in the morning at a house referred to as “Ayesha Manor” in the posh neighborhood of Almeida Park, Bandra, Mumbai. Some sources say that Mr. Mehta fell from the balcony to the ground floor with serious injuries on his right leg as well as other parts of his body. He was taken to the hospital but was confirmed dead on arrival, much as efforts were being made in the emergency center.

Before this heinous crime, Mr. Mehta talked to his daughters – Malaika and Amrita, on the phone. In this conversation, he was reportedly complaining of fatigue. He said, “I am sick and tired,” and after that, he cut short the call and switched off his phone.

Malaika Arora, her mother Joyce Polycarp, and sister Amrita came forward and issued a joint statement stating that they are heartbroken and Shocked. They spoke highly of Mr. Mehta, calling him a gentle soul, a devoted grandfather, and a loving husband. The family asked for privacy while going through this loss.

What happened has now been brought before the Mumbai Police, who are investigating how the event occurred. It has been said that all options will be considered and that procedures will be followed when conducting the investigation.

Post-mortem has been conducted, and statements from the house occupants, as well as the immediate family of the deceased, have been taken. A forensic team has scanned the house with a view of taking pictures and videos from the CCTV cameras installed in the house.

The police are also to talk to the primary care provider who decided to contact Mr. Mehta as well as other individuals to establish his mental and health status before the occurrence of the act.
