Tensions Escalate in AAP Assault Case.
As the controversy surrounding Bibhav Kumar’s arrest intensifies, Swati Maliwal has criticized AAP‘s protest defending the accused. Recounting her ordeal, she claimed Kumar slapped and kicked her 7-8 times on the chest, stomach, and pelvis.
Earlier, Arvind Kejriwal and other party members staged a demonstration at the BJP office demanding the release of the detained CM aid. However, Maliwal contrasted the lukewarm response in her case with support for Sisodia facing probes.
She alleged CCTV footage of the May 13th incident at the CM residence has vanished and edited clips presented. Maliwal stated Kumar recorded her after the assault, selectively releasing portions where she was tired of narrating details to security.
It’s further alleged the accused’s phone was formatted, deleting full footage. The MP termed these developments the height of conspiracy. Meanwhile, the ongoing back-and-forth between political powers has taken a cruel turn.
As the saga unfolds with opposing stances, questions about upholding legal processes amid electoral heat have arisen. An impartial investigation will aim to resolve factual inconsistencies to determine the truth in this sensitive matter.
