Terrorist killed, soldier dies in J&K Kupwara encounter

An Armyman and a terrorist were killed on Wednesday when the security forces had an encounter with the terrorists in the Kupwara region of Jammu and Kashmir in the morning.

The Army conducted a search operation with the J & K Police in the forest area of Kohut in Kasher, Kupwara. The terrorists attacked the troops on Wednesday as planned.

In the shootout, one of the military personnel sustained a bullet wound, and one terrorist was neutralized. The soldier unfortunately died shortly the same after from the injuries that he had received.
