A shocking video of a vehicle “flying” over an unmarked speed bump on Gurugram’s Golf Course Road has gone viral on social media.
The video, shared by Bunny Punia, editor at automotive platform 91Wheels and social media influencer on X, garnered attention online as users identified the location as near Centrum Plaza, opposite HR26 Dhaba.
Ouch! This seems to have happened on a newly made unmarked speed breaker on Golf Course Road in Gurugram! Got it in one of my groups. Damn! Can anyone from Gurgaon confirm this? Punia asked while sharing the video.
In the short clip, cars are momentarily suspended in the air as they hit a bump while racing on the road. However, we couldn’t verify the authenticity and location of the video.
No sooner had the video started appearing on the internet than social media users confirmed it was made in a certain place.
“This one is confirmed. I was coming from the office on Friday. This is after the Centrum Plaza building,” one user pointed out, and another added to the previous comment, “Exact location: after the Centrum Plaza building, opp HR26 Dhaba.”
“Genuine intentions as it is aimed to help reduce the speed before the lane gets narrower due to U-turns, but poor implementation owing to lack of markings. Good intent with poor implementation, exactly like the Indian team’s performance these days,” one of the users said.
Another user commented: “The way the road built to the golf course serves a purpose. There must not be any speed breakers on it. It’s bloody crazy.”
