The continuing saga of a mysterious 1000-year-old Dhar defined the Madhya Pradesh site, which focused on a major turnaround in one of the classes. The conflict is between the Bhojshala Temple and Kamal Maula Mosque complex, which is situated in the central part of the market, and Hindus and Muslims struggle for their dominant views.
The question of its true nature has remained unanswered. Thus, the Supreme Court, with the responsibility of determining its character, has instructed the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to conduct a comprehensive survey and conclusively announce the nature of the site within 6 weeks. For thorough research and exhumation, the court sanctioned a scientific job to remove the centuries-old cover of objection.
As stated in the accord for the year 2003, Hindus and Muslims have been designated turn orders for praying at the temple; they go on their turns days after another. On the other hand, uncertainties, which may not be portrayed from both perspectives, could still exist.
In the Hindu spectrum, the famous mosque that now stands at the place is believed to have been built on the old temple site, which Khilji demolished and used as construction material. On the other hand, ASI defied by revealing that this place was part of a long-ago Hindu sacred site for worship and learning.
The Mosque administration is to challenge the court’s decision, pointing to the precedent set by the jurisprudence of the 2003 dissolution case. Their counsel submitted that the ASI’s stance was to save the case, which may go in favour of the Hindu side but without proper examination of the present evidence.
With the recent ruling, everything in a sealed room and artefacts will now be officially opened to access by order of factual scientific records for the first time. Close to the end of the known period, the nature of this iron-filled stone monument could come to light, which should finally determine, once and for all, the focus of all the talked-about controversies.
