Alaya Furniturewalla showcases impressive fitness routine

Alaya Furniturewalla’s commitment to her fitness is what keeps her fans sold. The actress often shares updates about the grueling workout sessions she puts herself through, and the latest one was an all-black ensemble on Instagram where she could be seen flaunting her toned physique.

In the latest video, Alaya was seen striking a dynamic pose, flaunting her well-toned figure, followed by a video doing the yoga pose Anantasana, in which she lay sideways and lifted one leg from the floor with great poise and balance. This asana is known to help get rid of lower back pain, firm the waist, strengthen hip flexors and glutes, and make one more flexible. Anantasana also helps concentration, cools the mind, and relieves stress. Alaya humorously captioned the post, “Training hard or hardly training? “

Alaya was a proper fitness enthusiast who showed off her balancing skills as she easily performed a headstand and landed perfectly on a gym ball during a workout session. Her routine was a flawless headstand; she rolled backward and then jumped onto the ball with remarkable balance.

She excitedly said, “I was so surprised I got this combo on my first proper attempt that I started laughing once I stuck the ball landing. Some days, there are no fails.” Exercise with the gym ball will help improve core stability, boost your posture, flexibility, and balance, and strengthen your back and spine.


In a previous post, Alaya perfectly nailed the Scorpion pose or the Vrschikasana. One does this pose balancing on one’s palms as one executes a 180-degree leg roll. The difficult move was both a testament to her skill and also serves as an example of the pose’s benefits of increased strength, balance, digestion, posture, and flexibility.
