Malaika Arora dazzles in Swarovski saree at IFFM 2024

Once again, Malaika made people dance at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) in 2024, where she was dazzling on the ramp in the new sari Manish Malhotra had designed for her. Swarovski’s beading added to this outfit looks stunning and underlines the fact that she is one of the most prominent fashion icons.

Posting videos of Malaika Arora’s stunning look on Instagram, Manish Malhotra said that the outfit was his brand’s ‘signature and archival’ Pewter Tulle classic Swarovski saree. His post read: “@malaikaaroraofficial Beautiful and dazzling in our traditional trailing saree for the Red carpet of @iffmelbourne styled by @tanghavri Mom to be #mynmsaree. ”

This archival creation looks stunning in tulle and Swarovski elements, a concept introduced to the brand over a decade ago. It includes a cropped blouse with a very revealing neckline, a mermaid-silhouette skirt, and a trailing saree. The choli, in particular the sleeveless one, is cut to enhance the waist area, and it is enhanced by the sparkling Swarovski crystal beads.

Malaika wore the tulle saree beautifully over the cream-coloured fitted mermaid skirt, sharply defined by a fitted top and a floor-length trailing accord. The pallu, draped over her shoulder in pleats, gave a conventional look to a relatively modern outfit she wore.

To accompany her attire, she wore two necklaces of thin chokers and a crystal-encrusted ring on her finger. Her makeup included smoky pink lips with silver shimmer and pink frost, well-shaped eyebrows, a brown lip color, rosy cheeks, and a dab of highlighter. What about her was a shock of long, curly hair parted in the middle and smoothly framing her shoulders?

Many of her entries were easy triumphs – “Chaiyya Chaiyya” from Dil Se…, “Munni Badnaam Hui” from Dabangg, and the sizzling “Anarkali Disco Chali” from Housefull 2. She started with the online show Moving in with Malaika in 2022 and has been a judge in reality shows, including India’s Next Top Model and India’s Best Dancer.
