Rashmika Mandanna is enjoying the success of Pushpa 2: The Rule, but her fashion moments are simply getting better and better. Her wardrobe is just a treasure trove of inspiration-be it traditional wear or modern outfits-when it comes to wedding ensembles.
At her best friend and costume designer Shravya Varma’s sangeet, Rashmika had worn a regal mustard number by the ace Pakistani designer Iqbal Hussain’s Amer Collection. The three-piece outfit was styled by Meagan Concessio.
A round-neck kurta was paired with a jamavar dhaka pajama along with a matching dupatta. The intricate work on this included zardozi, nakshi, dabka, kora, and kaamdani embroidery. And lending an extra layer of finesse was a delicate lamé tissue dupatta with kaamdani detailing.
Completing the royal attire was a kundan choker that aptly framed the neckline of the kurta with its design, along with a wide broad maang teeka, danglers in the ears, and a statement ring on the fingers. Elegant on her was the makeup by Vardan Nayak with defined brows, radiant highlighter, flushed cheeks, and brown-tinted lips, adding royalty to it.
This is not the first time; during Navratri 2024, Rashmika turned heads in a three-piece red attire by designer Tarun Tahiliani. She sported an A-line kurta with a V-neckline, embroidered pants, and a matching dupatta that was perfect in every way.
One of the most unforgettable looks was when Rashmika donned a turquoise silk kurta with voluminous pants and a matching dupatta. The fitted waist of the kurta with its detailed geometric embroidery accentuated her great taste. Chunky rings and statement jhumkis completed this look in all vibrancy, perfect for festive wear. Rashmika Mandanna is raising the bar in ethnic wear, proving that traditional can be timeless yet trendsetting.
