Samantha Prabhu shines in eka at Diwali celebration

Hot on the heels of her stunning trailer launch of the upcoming series Citadel: Honey Bunny, Samantha Prabhu sent in wishes for Diwali with breathtaking pictures. Posing against the stunning structure of Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan, she looked every bit festive as she slipped into a chic ensemble courtesy of the sustainable fashion label Eka by Rina Singh.

The Aralyn is a midi-length version in handwoven linen zari tissue with a chevron hand applique at the front neckline and edges of the cuffs. A metallic gota detailing tracing seams, sleeve, and hem amplifies the design into an elegant semi-fitted flare. This includes a separate cotton silk lining with organza trim.

With her great dress, Samantha wore white pants and completed the festive look in style. Her perfectly styled hair and tequestte, sun-kissed makeup merely enhanced the celebratory vibe of her overall look.

Graceful and alluring, Samantha had gone around the picturesque surroundings while she shared a heartfelt Diwali message on her Instagram. Pivrledging her blessings, she said, “Being in a place that lifts you up mentally, enriches you personally, and surrounds you with love and respect can feel like a celebration every day. On this Deepavali, I wish everyone a year filled with brightness, love, and joy.

This is, of course, not the first time Samantha has worn Eka; she had also worn the label when she walked the ramp as showstopper for designer Rimzim Dadu on the final day of Lakme Fashion Week x FDCI 2021. Of course, one of the most versatile actors in the country-a spy in Citadel: Honey Bunny-she has kept her style quotient pretty consistently balanced between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary glamour. Not to say the promotions of the series have also seen her in a whole gamut of stunning western silhouettes designed by Kresha Bajaj.
