The 36-year-old actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu shares a lot of her daily life on social media platforms. Last time, she spoke about gut health, and now she wants to share her tips about skin health and a proper diet. On Wednesday morning, Samantha posted a day in my life video on Instagram, which she dedicated as “Life’s Golden,” featuring her skincare and fitness routine.

Skincare Rituals
The first thing that we get to see in the morning with Samantha is that she starts her day with the sunlight. Her skincare routine includes:

Oil Pulling: It is an ancient practice that just involves moving the oil in the mouth in a circular motion to cleanse the body and the skin since inflammation is known to be caused by toxins.
Gua Sha: After oil pulling, she then proceeds to use a Gua Sha tool to gently stimulate the face by improving blood flow and reducing swelling in the face to give her that bright-eyed look.
LED Eye Mask: Samantha’s sensitive skin around her eyes requires an LED eye mask to reduce dark circles and fine lines.
Ice Water Dip: Before her shoots, she usually washes her face with ice water to reduce swelling and barring, thus giving her face a youthful look.
Red Light Therapy: In the afternoon, she takes red light therapy, which activates Collagen and helps to improve skin tone, hence youthful skin.

Workout Routine
Samantha’s fitness activities include morning gym exercise that involves both cardio and muscle group exercises. In the evening, she likes to have a good laugh as she plays pickleball, which is also considered exercise.

Lastly, before going to bed, Samantha takes a few minutes to meditate so that she can relax for the night. By doing this, she remains healthy and beautiful, motivating her fans as they watch the process.
