Sanya Malhotra impresses fans with stunning gym balancing trick

Sanya Malhotra is setting goals for fitness enthusiasts with her varied workout routine, which includes weightlifting, cardio, and dancing, among other activities. The actor often takes her followers to Instagram to give them a sneak peek into her fitness journey.

Sanya performs a balancing trick in her recent gym video that has left her fans in awe. The video opens with her standing on a balancing disc with support from the back by her trainer. She balances on one leg, extending the other almost parallel to the ground and stretching her arms. Her trainer then puts a yoga brick on her feet to add an extra obstacle to balance. Sanya returns to normal after managing to hold it.

In no time, Sanya’s balancing act went viral, and the comments section thronged with appreciation. Tahira Kashyap commented, “Strong, stronger, stronger.” Other users commented, “Aap best example ho balance, strength, core strength & mobility ka.” Celebrity stylist Amandeep Kaur exclaimed, “Woah, brilliant.” Meanwhile, one fan said, “Insane.”

Balance training offers several benefits: It improves body awareness, mobility, reaction time, coordination, and strength. This type of training also greatly helps prevent falls and supports the muscles. Incorporating balance exercises into everyday life can be very easy: Yoga and tai chi are great activities for improving balance, or one can simply stand on one leg while brushing teeth or performing toe stands in queues.
