The star-studded guest list from the music fraternity went to the 67th Grammy Awards that were held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, and celebrities did not cease to impress as they stepped out on the red carpet with elegance. One such was Shakira in an arresting orange and black ensemble by Etro.
In fact, the pop star awed in an orange V-neck, backless bodysuit sleeveless dress: The bodice was embellished with a lot of small flowers in black, which segued into a see-through black lace skirt that featured the same floral patterns, before ending in an amazing glittering train, rounding off her regal attire. An added coincidence-this was also her 48th birthday in glamour.
Shakira’s night was sealed, as she walked away with her fourth Grammy for Best Latin Pop Album for “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran”. Given the award by Jennifer Lopez, she gave an empowering message as she dedicated her win to immigrants in the country and hardworking women. “You are loved; you are worth it; and I will always fight with you,” she said. But to all those women who struggle day and night to feed their families, you are the real She-Wolves, so this is for you, too.
She completed her glow with the Etro dress by pairing it with classic black platform heels, courtesy of stylist Nicholas Bru. Accessorizing came courtesy of more Pomellato: dangly earrings, a bracelet, and a ring. Shakira finished off the glam with loose curls and understated makeup featuring a dewy base that really set off her complexion, blush to give a good flush of color, defined eyes, and lips painted in pale pink.
