Shilpa Shetty’s workout diaries are a treasure trove for fitness enthusiasts, especially for beginners who want to upgrade their routine. Apart from her gym workouts, the actress is a regular at yoga, and recently shared some insights about her yoga practice on Instagram. Recently, she shared a clip where she was seen performing the Spinal Wave Flow that helps release blockages in the spine and relaxes the body.

In an motivational post, Shilpa explained, “The Spinal Wave Flow is designed to release blockages in the spine and trigger a spinal wave. The movement helps in decreasing stress on the nervous system and also reminds us, just like waves, everything is ever-changing in life. Be in the present moment, arise like a wave, and flow like water.” The Spinal Wave Flow is an exercise that relieves tension, increases flexibility, and gently engages core muscles to alleviate spinal discomfort.

Previously, Shilpa had impressed her followers with her “Prone Reverse Hypers on a Swiss ball.” Her Monday Motivation posts keep coming and continue to motivate several others. In the Instagram video, she is seen lying on her stomach on a Swiss ball placed on a bench as she lifts her legs in rhythm, using her glutes and hamstrings, while holding tight to the bench.

She explained in her caption, “This effective yet easy move strengthens your lower back and glutes while engaging your core to maintain balance. It’s perfect for building strength and improving coordination. Add this to your routine, doing 3 sets of 15-20 controlled reps with 45 seconds of rest in between. Remember, progress comes from small steps-or lifts!
