Sonakshi Sinha appears to be winning people’s hearts on every end of fashion, perfectly blending the modern and traditional. Recently, during wedding season, spotted in Jaipur, Sonakshi was giving fashion goals through her “Shaadi lookbook” shared on photo-sharing application Gram. Wearing three different stunning outfits for Mehendi, pheras, and reception, respectively, she has definitely set the bars a notch above for all the bridesmaids out there.
One such ensemble was this beautiful fuchsia pink suit; the minimal accessory complemented and subdued makeup elevated this into an easy, elegant ensemble-perfect for festive occasions. Anarkali-inspired kurta in gotta patti work graced this beautiful ensemble paired with big jhumkas and traditional juttis, exuding elegance with panache.
Next one in a vibrant blue sharara, looking amazingly hot. On the top she added an element of pretty, luscious jewelry. Similarly, on velvet blue, which is in high demand, looked all captivating pairing a long kurta with quirkily- cool accessories and just enhanced more stylish.
She admitted that personal styling did not come instinctively to her. As she traced her journey, she said, “My mum (politician Poonam Sinha) produced Mera Dil Leke Dekho (2006) when I was in school. I helped her with styling and clothes. Actor Koel Purie was the first person I ever designed for. My style is very casual, very easy. But I’m open to experimenting and trying out new things. It’s been an acquired skill.”
Recently, Sonakshi Sinha was seen in the horror-comedy Kakuda alongside Riteish Deshmukh and Saqib Saleem. Nikita Roy and The Book of Darkness, directed by her brother Kush Sinha, is lined up for release, which also stars Paresh Rawal and Suhail Nayyar. She will also star in Tu Hai Meri Kiran opposite her husband Zaheer Iqbal, whom she married in June 2024.
