Sonnalli has been quite open about her pregnancy on Instagram, giving glimpses into her preparation for motherhood. One such video of her working out on a Swiss ball in the ninth month has surfaced online and is winning the internet. The video demonstrates how these exercises helped her stay strong, flexible, and balanced during the last months of her pregnancy.
In the caption, Sonnalli gave special mention to the workout routine that helped her have a normal delivery. She urged people that workouts need to be changed at each stage of pregnancy and wrote, “Exercise is still useful in the 9th month.” Her message keeps the pregnant lady health-oriented yet active. However, Sonnalli did not dislodge the fact that C-sections are sometimes necessary, but she only concentrated on having a natural birth.
Sonnalli elaborated, in great detail, how exercises with the Swiss ball helped during the last months of pregnancy and helped open her pelvis to normal delivery as well as sooth the ache in her lower back. It shows her fluidly performing several such exercises- moving the ball sideways with her hips, going in a circular motion with the ball, simultaneously doing arm movements. She performs an 8-step exercise with the Swiss Ball where one needs to lift up and lower.
