Arvind Smart Spaces ‘Arvind Orchards’ phase-1 sells out in 7 hours, setting a record

Bengaluru: Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd. (ASL) has announced yet another sell-out residential project launch in Bengaluru, striking a chord with homebuyers seeking plotted developments. Its recently unveiled ‘Arvind Orchards’ project in Devanahalli has sold out the entire inventory released in Phase 1 within 7 hours of opening for sales.

The remarkable customer response has translated into over 220 housing units sold, valued at over ₹160 crore.

“We are thrilled to have received an exceptional response from Bengaluru homebuyers once again,” said ASL’s Managing Director & CEO, Kamal Singal. “Through designing spaces inspired by evolving consumer preferences, we have successfully established a strong presence in this market,” he added.

Nestled amidst orchards near the aerospace and IT hub of Devanahalli, the township is ASL’s second plotted development project in North Bengaluru after receiving an enthusiastic response for the first one.

Riding high on the surging demand for premium plotted spaces in the outskirts of India’s Silicon Valley, the company has introduced 11 projects across different micro-markets in the city since 2013.

ASL is headquartered in Ahmedabad and holds a 75-million-square-foot portfolio across India, including Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and Pune. ASL’s upcoming projects are expected to drive the next growth phase in Bengaluru.
