To launch one of the premium SUNDAY hotels, Gurugram-based real estate firm M3M India has tied up with Oravel Stays, which runs OYO Hotels & Homes. This partnership was sealed with a MoU for the development of a hotel, and the resort company will introduce a hotel that will have 220 keys at M3M SkyLoft on New Golf Course Road Extension Gurugram. The entire project is to be seen fielding about 1. Covering a capacity of 67 lakh square feet out of a total of 15 lakh square feet in terms of development.
Located close to the proposed Cyber City 2 on SPR, this Hotel and Residence concept is one of the multiple projects underway to develop posh hotel facilities with thousand keys in a total area of 15 lakh sq ft in Gurugram and Noida.
