The Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL), a recognized establishment that has been active in the industry, has announced intentions of rewinding the housing scheme in Pali Hill, which in the city of Mumbai is a famous place, and actor Aamir Khan lives there. On March 14, the Development Manager of MICL reported to have almost accomplished the development agreement and is, at the moment, near completion of the project plan.
As per Manan P Shah, the Managing Director of MICL, we have been actively negotiating final agreements. This includes finalizing the development plan, commencing the projects around the mid-Diwali Festival of Light, and launching the development process.
The JV, in which another one of the MICL affiliate entities holds a 34% stake, is the project it has undertaken with the Virgo Co-operative Housing Society Limited to redevelop the property owned by the said society. This site in the fashionable Pali Hill district of Bandra West will be a Design Artistically (ham, around 50,000 sqft Carpet area for sale. It is expected the total revenue will be around Rs-5,00,00,00,000/-
The people running this project, along with its promoters, are from Atmosphere Realty, which also owns Mandan Shah, Naveen Makhija, Manohar Chhabria Wadhwa Group, and Abhay Chandak.
