Real estate developer based in Gurugram, Signature Global, has placed a large construction order of ₹1,144 crore with construction firm Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd, which operates in the construction and infrastructure domain. This kind of synergy is set out on an upscale residence known as De-luxe DXP at Sector 37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.
Ahluwalia Contracts recognizes that the De-luxe DXP project needs to be completed within the five years that have been legislated. Spanning 16. 65 acres, the total units are 10 08, and it will have eight towers, three 3BHK, three 5BHK, and four. It also comprises 5BHK apartments and penthouses. The project has a sales potential somewhere in the region of 28. 12 lakh square feet.
Implemented by the globally acclaimed architectural firm AEDAS, landscape architectural design by Sanju Bose, and consulting in structural systems by Mahimtura, this complex is on its way to gaining IGBC Gold certification. Facilities consist of two large clubhouses measuring 80000 sq. ft., seven swimming pools including the podium parking, and VRV airconditioning.
Lalit Kumar Aggarwal, Vice Chairman of Signature Global, showed interest in the project at hand, calling it a vision of luxury with sustainability. Speaking on behalf of Ahluwalia Contracts, Shobhit Uppal, the Deputy Managing Director, confirmed the organization’s adherence to the company’s set standards and objectives, as reflected by Signature Global.
The series has offered 11 million sq ft across projects and is eyeing ₹ 10,000 crore in sales for the ongoing fiscal, after registering a booking of ₹ 7270 crore for 2023-24.
