Star-studded dinner at designer Manish Malhotra’s Mumbai home.
Celebrity designer Manish Malhotra recently hosted an intimate dinner at his Mumbai residence with many Bollywood stars in attendance.
Seen enjoying the designer’s gracious hospitality were the Kapoor sisters Kareena and Karisma, along with Malaika Arora, Amrita Arora, and Natasha Poonawalla.
Guests were treated to a lavish traditional Indian thali spread comprised of regional fare. The multi-course menu included dal makhani, jeera aloo, carrot and peas sabzi, bhindi fries, and paneer preparations. A saag paneer dish without onion-tomato gravy also went to the thali.
Adding rich protein to the vegetarian thali was a chicken curry. Accompaniments included saffron pilaf, raita, and pudina chutney served with crispy paranthas.
Malaika Arora took social media to share pictures of the sumptuous thali and praise the cuisine. Manish Malhotra is known for bringing together friends from the entertainment industry and treating them to home-cooked meals at his get-togethers.
