It all began when Elon Musk published what seems to be an AI-generated picture of a sign on the beach: “No plebs allowed. Property of Vinod Khosla.”
Indian American Business tycoon and billionaire Elon Musk engaged in a public spat over a California land battle and an apparently Photoshopped picture of a beach sign.
It all started after Elon Musk tweeted an AI-generated picture of a beach sign with the ominous inscription, “No plebs allowed.
Property of Vinod Khosla” – a reference to a 16-year-long legal battle Mr Khosla has undertaken to restrict the use of his private property to access the public Martins Beach, according to Forbes.
When he shared the image on X on Saturday, Mr. Musk claimed that Mr. Khosla had put it on his property.
But the billionaire venture capitalist has denied outright putting up any such sign and demanded an apology from Mr.
After his “lie,” Musk helped hostile press land on his head. “You owe me an apology for spreading falsehoods.
Your post needs a community comment because it contains a fraudulent photo. I have never put up this sign or anything remotely like it.
I presume it is AI generated but you can verify that,” wrote Mr Khosla. Then, the billionaire posted a response to Mr Khosla in his signature style:
“Sorry, I made a sign about you restricting access to a public beach. That was so extremely terrible. Please forgive me,” the billionaire wrote.
