At least 16 people have been reported dead in the Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip since this morning, Five of the deceased are family members from al-Mawasi, Hizami said:
United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called on the US to apply pressure on Israel to stop attacks. The Israeli military has come under Pressure from the international community after an airstrike which led to the death of 18 people at a UN school that had been hosting displaced persons, including six members of employees of the UN. It was recently used as a polio vaccination station for the school children and other community members.
The war has led to a phenomenal death toll, whereby at least 41,118 Palestinians are said to have been killed and 95,125 others wounded in the Gaza Strip. Since October 7, when Hamas-led militancy struck Israel, more than 1,139 people have been killed, and over 200 have been kidnapped.
