Saltanat Nukenova suffered critical fatal violence by her husband and his brothers, including brain trauma, a ruptured nasal bone, and multiple bruises. In case the prosecution of Bishimbayev is established, he is likely to be sentenced to 20 years.
Besides that, he has committed the crimes of torturing and murdering with extreme violence. Nukeffova has pleaded not guilty, coming with the claims that the injuries were self-inflicted.
