A California businessman has accused Hunter Biden of owing over $300K in unpaid rent while taking a swipe at Joe Biden’s presidential pardon.
Joe Biden, addressing federal crimes that Hunter Biden committed or may have committed from January 1, 2024, through December 1, 2024, backtracked Sunday on a previous promise when he signed a “full and unconditional pardon” for his son. The first son had already faced charges related to tax crimes and substance abuse accusations tied to a firearm background check form; now, he faces additional accusations related to unpaid rent.
In light of the Hunter Biden pardon, Shaun Maguire, the partner of the venture capital firm Sequoia, took to his social media handle accusing the outgoing POTUS that his son has to repay his family a very considerable sum of unpaid rent for the period 2019-2020.
What is done about the back pay of rent amounting to over $300k by Hunter Biden from my family? Pardoned now, eh? Thanks, Joe,” said Maguire in his post on X, formerly Twitter.
