An Israeli drone strike targeting the food distribution point and one residential home in the central Gaza refugee camp of Nuseirat has killed at least five people, including four children.
In another incident, a drone attacked the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza, injuring at least three medics. This is the fifth time that the medical facility has been attacked by Israeli forces in recent weeks, amid growing concerns for the safety of healthcare workers and patients.
In addition, Israeli air strikes in southern Lebanon have killed at least 12 people and threatened a fragile ceasefire with Hezbollah in force barely a week. The result has been devastating, as since October 7, 2023, reported numbers cite at least 44,502 Palestinians killed and another 105,454 injured because of Israel’s actions in Gaza. That day also saw 1,139 fatalities in Israel due to Hamas-led attacks, including over 200 taken captive.
In Lebanon, too, the toll has been no less severe, with at least 3,961 people killed and 16,520 wounded due to Israeli attacks since the beginning of the conflict in Gaza.
