Jeff Bezos, Amazon.com Inc’s founder billionaire, is again enriching his real estate investment with one more luxurious mansion at Miami’s elite Indian Creek island. The beautiful house with an estimated value of ninety million dollars is an exceptional space of six bedrooms providing a wonderful scene of the surroundings. The acquisition process turned out to be non-public, which meant that the property was not on the open market. Bezos plans that he is going to live here (in the new mansion) while he is ruining his other buildings on the estate.
This initiative clearly denotes the purposeful move of Bezos when he reportedly decided to change the location of his seat from Seattle to Miami. He already poses top figures in Indian Cree like Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump, Tom Brady, and Carl Icahn, owning as well two other mansions. Currently, he is the world’s second wealthiest person after his net worth reached an estimated $203.7 billion. Over the past months, he sold off around $8.5 billion in Amazon shares, but what he is doing with the money is yet to be determined.
For many years now, he has had two houses in Miami, a private residence in Washington, the mansion occupying 30 acres in Maui and the magnificent estate he bought in Beverly Hills in 2020 for the craze price of $165 million. The recent buyer of the whole newly developed manor was a former banker called Javier Holtz. With his latest acquisition, Bezos is guaranteed to be among the top players in the high-end real estate industry and such an exotic island is a great place for ultra-rich people to move in or for investment.
