Fox News host Jesse Watters was pushed to the wall to engage in all sorts of apologies for what one referred to as a misogynistic comment about Kamala Harris.
Last night, Fox News host Jesse Watters had to engage in blatant damage control after he was accused of making a sexist joke about US Vice President Kamala Harris.
He is under pressure to resign after saying that Harris would be ‘paralyzed’ by generals who ‘would have their way’ with her in the Situation Room in the White House.
The 46-year-old stood up for his comment on the US VP and dismissed any accusations of making any sexual comments about her despite being cut live on air by his The Five co-hosts Dana Perino and Jeanine Pirro. In the past, Watters went on record as stating that he was using a number of phrases metaphorically and “not in a sexual sense.”
Tuesday also saw Watters as both Republican Congresswoman Barbara Comstock and Doug Emhoff’s ex-wife, Kerstin, condemned his comments. Lashing out at the Fox News anchor, Comstock said that Watters’ disrespect to Harris was deliberate, citing misogyny.
