Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov recently called out Tesla CEO Elon Musk for ‘remotely immobilizing’ a Cybertruck modified with a machine gun that was sent to Ukraine’s frontline. Kadyrov said in his Telegram that the vehicle was “operational in combat” but then stopped running and had to be towed off the field.
Regarded for his active participation in the Russian war, Kadyrov went on to say the following about Musk, “It was not very polite of Elon Musk what he did.” They also let him know that he constantly showers his better half with lavish presents and then, turning into a controlling remote control, shuts them off.” He said that two more Cybertrucks have been sent to the war theatre, also uploading a video of armed soldiers on the truck.
Earlier this year, Kadyrov was filmed driving a Tesla Cybertruck, calling it a ‘gift’ from the company’s founder Elon Musk. However, Musk said he never donated the vehicle; he asked in a tweet how a Cybertruck was to be given to a Russian general.
He failed to elaborate on how Kadyrov came into the possession of the vehicle, which is said to be available only in the US market. So far, Tesla and Musk have not addressed Cybertruck’s latest accusations by Kadyrov.
