Kamala Harris alters stance on Gaza: Advocates seek stronger U.S. Action

Activists for Palestinian people are protesting as the Biden and likely Democratic presidential candidate share solidarity with Gaza.

Washington, DC Vice President Kamala Harris, in recognition of the deaths of Palestinians at the hands of Israeli Defense Forces, vowed to be vocal as Israel continues with its assault in the Gaza strip.

However, Palestinian rights activists are interested in knowing the specifics of what that actually entails in US diplomacy.

Addressing one of the sensitive issues in the region, the vice president of the Democratic Party, who is also regarded as their presidential candidate, described the suffering of Palestinians in the Gaza region after a meeting with the Israeli premier Netanyahu on Thursday. However, she vowed to go on supporting Israel.

The bi-elections were lost as the private military contractors controlling Biden exerted influence and organized for the continuation of the warfare.

Activists have said that making sympathetic gestures about Palestinians while not seeking to change the oppressive approach of the US to the Middle East will not assist Harris to regain the loyalties of people who tuned off from Biden’s warfare.

“But I don’t need her pity as long as there is no real intention to stop assassinating the children of Gaza,” said Eman Abdelhadi, a sociologist at the University of Chicago. She emphasized for the record that it is the US that has responsibility for acts of Palestinians’ extermination.
