Lawsuit filed against Senator Marie Alvarado-Gil over misconduct

Democrats of Accountability are suing California State Senator Marie Alvarado-Gil for sexual harassment, claiming that she encouraged it and created a toxic climate.

I have been accused of sexually harassing this former staffer in my office by compelling him to undergo oral gay sex before refusing to give him another job interview.

Marie Alvarado-Gil is a senator from California in the United States, and she is facing a lawsuit for sexual harassment, which accused her of encouraging the same and establishing a toxic workplace culture.

There are still recordings of the nasty doings of a former employee who alleged that she raped him and dismissed him for his refusal.

He is now seeking to be paid money for the aforesaid statements, seeking monetary recovery for the distress suffered, loss of salary, and loss of earning capacity.

This is all that can be said about it.

Chad Condit filed the lawsuit on Thursday in the Sacramento County Superior Court.

Politico reported that, citing court documents, Condit first met Alvarado-Gil in late 2022 after being defeated in the California Assembly primary.

“This was a sex-based quid pro quo relationship of unwelcome advances and sexual behaviors coupled with punishment and flexing of power,” he says in the lawsuit.

Condit shares his story of the pneumatic horror of having to woo a boss who had a “controlling,”  “erratic,” and “sexually dominating abuse of authority and power,”  as stated by NDTV.

The two first crossed paths when Alvarado-Gil was a Democrat running for the state Senate then. She engaged him for campaign management, and after victory, she offered him the role of chief of staff.
