The head of the Mossad, David Barnea, will depart on Sunday for a meeting in Doha with the head of the CIA, Bill Burns, and with the prime minister of Qatar, said a statement from the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office.
Israeli spy agency head David Barnea is to leave for Doha on Sunday (October 27) for the beginning of talks aimed at resuming negotiations toward a Gaza hostage release deal.
The head of the Mossad, David Barnea, at the direction of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, will travel on Sunday to Doha to meet with the head of the CIA, Bill Burns, and with the prime minister of Qatar.
This was announced by the Office of the Israeli Prime Minister in a statement.
According to the statement, “the parties will consider different alternatives on how to resume negotiations to free hostages who Hamas is still holding in the wake of latest developments.”.
