Obama praises Biden at democratic convention as his President

Joe Biden, hands on the podium, sat up straight and attempted to contain himself as everyone in the hall got to their feet in a loud and lengthy standing ovation.

That was a moment that would make anyone emotional, and former US President Barack Obama was not left out; he posted the moment on his official X handle.

The former President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, has endorsed President Joe Biden as being decent, strong-willed, and unyielding.

What the world had seen over the years was not the US President who emerged in the middle of July on the stage of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago. As compared to earlier times, Joe Biden with his hand on the podium looked a little more erect and attempted to put up an act against the emotions welling up in him, and everyone present stood in a grand standing ovation.

This moment was sweet for any man or woman not to be teary, so when former US President Barack Obama also trended the video on his official X handle, people went gaga.

Obama said, “Joe, this idea that there’s a fundamental goodness in the American people and that we can keep getting up stronger,” and referring to Biden by his first name, he added, “I believe there is no better representative of that than you.” Over the last four years, those are the values that America has most required.

But then he grinned and said with great enthusiasm, “I am pleased to say this man is my president, and I am honored to say he is my friend.”

The finest traits in Joe, I think, are his decency, his tenacity, and his conviction with the America dream. Over the last four years, those are the values America has needed most.
