Over 50 Palestinians killed in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza homes, shelters.

Israeli strikes kill 53 Palestinians across Gaza in 24 hours.

At least 53 Palestinians have lost their lives in multiple Israeli attacks targeting homes and shelters across Gaza in the past 24 hours.

One person was killed late on Wednesday after an air strike demolished a house in Beit Lahiya. Two more casualties resulted from a tent bombing in the Nuseirat refugee camp.

Earlier, an entire family comprising a woman and her five children perished after their house in Hay al-Nasr was hit. Three deaths also occurred in the Zinjo neighborhood of Gaza City from a similar bombing of a family dwelling.

Continuous surges in attacks were witnessed especially in central areas and southern Khan Younis city. The eastern Khan Younis region has been laid to waste according to reports from the ground.

Hospitals are receiving body parts of victims from the relentless targeting of dense shelters like Nuseirat camp. Entire families have lost lives in the bombardment.

As the death toll exceeded 41,000 in Israel’s war on Gaza, UN chief Antonio Guterres called for an immediate ceasefire and the beginning of a process for the two-state resolution to end the collective punishment of Palestinians.

Meanwhile, several arrest sweeps by Israeli forces across the occupied West Bank have also detained over three dozen residents in the recent past.
