Spiraling tensions as UN accuses Israel of war crimes in Gaza

In a critical report, a United Nations commission claims Israeli authorities have acted against humanitarian laws and even committed war crimes, thereby worsening an already sensitive situation.

Seven persons have been reported dead with fires developed because of bombings by Israelis attacking the tents the inhabitants of the al-Mawasi ‘humanitarian zone’ in the Gaza Strip put up. The strikes have only aggravated the miseries of the needy people of the province even further.

Gozers in Gaza have turned to Israel and urged the country to free 310 of its health workers who they accused of torture. Besides, they have demanded an international inquiry “to determine the fate” of dozens of Palestinian health employees who are alleged to have been kidnapped by Israeli forces.

Lebanon- Israel Tensions rise: US envoy Amos Hochstein ends the tour of Lebanon, and the Israeli army clears plans of operation in Lebanon in case it launches an attack.
