The new drone attacks arrived as Moscow remains to insist on its territorial MIL gain in the eastern Ukraine.
Moscow:
Ukraine launched more than 140 drones into Russia during the night, officials stated on Tuesday, exploding a woman close to Moscow, disrupting flights, and triggering air defense systems throughout several regions of the country.
The Russian ministry of defense said in a statement that 144 Ukrainian drones had been shot down during the night—”72 over Bryansk region, 20 over Moscow region, 14 over Kursk region, 13 over Tula region, and 25 over five more regions.”.
Moscow regional governor Andrey Vorobyev, in a statement made on telegram, warned that a 46-year-old woman was killed by the strikes while several persons were injured.
However, an earlier statement in which he said a 9-year-old child has died was still described as “not confirmed,” he said.
At least four airports, which include Domodedovo and Sheremetyevo serving Moscow, had their flights cancelled or delayed on Tuesday morning, state media reported.
In Bryansk, which is bordering Ukraine, ‘the enemy launched a massive terrorist attack’, Regional Governor Aleksandr Bogomaz said in a Telegram post, noting that ‘there were no losses or destroyed facilities.
Both Ukraine and Russia perform drone strikes at night on each other’s side.
