The US has suspended intelligence-sharing with Kyiv in a development that is likely to significantly cripple the Ukrainian military’s capacity to hit Russian troops, Britain’s Financial Times reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the situation.
A Kyiv official, however, informed Bloomberg News that Ukraine was still getting intelligence from the United States, Bloomberg News reported on X, according to reporter Annmarie Hordern.
The FT reported that two officials had confirmed that Washington froze intelligence channels with Kyiv. The FT, quoting an official, added that the Trump administration was still exchanging intelligence on Russia and Ukraine with its closest allies, including the UK.
